In some circumstances, our staff may key in card details manually on your behalf to complete a transaction. In all cases, this information is transmitted directly into our PCI DSS-compliant payment-processing systems and is not stored in plain text on our internal systems.
  • Communications you send us, such as emails, phone inquiries, or messages submitted through our website.

  • Schedule, dispatch, track, and complete courier deliveries and warehouse storage services.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain billing and account records.
  • Communicate with you about quotes, orders, deliveries, account status, and customer service inquiries.
  • Maintain, operate, and improve our website, systems, and service quality.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, including those related to our motor carrier operations.
  • Send marketing or promotional communications where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, and unauthorized activity.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including dispatch and operations software providers such as OnTime 360; inventory and warehouse management providers such as Zoho Inventory; payment processors such as Stripe; accounting providers such as QuickBooks; and email communication providers such as Mailchimp. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Drivers and warehouse personnel, to the extent necessary to complete pickups, deliveries, and storage services.
  • Government agencies or regulators, where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to comply with motor carrier and transportation regulations.
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants, auditors, brokers, and insurers, as needed to operate our business.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card data is handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, whether submitted directly through Stripe’s hosted systems or keyed in manually by our staff.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal and business information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations—including those applicable to motor carriers—and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
