Priority One Courier & Logistics is pleased to announce the launch of our new customer web portal. Scheduling your same day courier service in and around Orange County is easier than ever before.

The portal gives our customers direct access to dispatching tools, order history, and personal address books.  Integrating with our dispatching software, the web portal is updated in real time, allowing our customers to enjoy a higher level of service.

Within our portal, Customers can do the following:

  • Schedule pickups and create orders themselves.
  • View a multitude of shipment related information in real time: The status of an order; the assigned driver; the recipient; the drop off time; and other proof of delivery information, including signatures.
  • The tracking grid may be searched, filtered, and rearranged to parallel our customers wants and needs.
  • The results can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
  • Customers may print shipping labels, waybills, and bills of lading.
  • The Portal saves all addresses & locations in your account, so order entry is quick & easy.
